Pulling Out a Pie Slice

• Pie chart has only one data series

• Pie chart is easily understood when comparing parts of an entity

• To restate the values you are graphing, explode a single pie slice as follows:

  • Select a pie chart

  • Double-click to select the pie slice you want to explode

  • Drag the slice away from the pie

  • Repeat for any pie slices you want to explode

  • Undo a Pie Explosion by dragging slices back toward the center
