2. Printing options: Page Setup

• Click File menu,

  • then Page Setup.

• Page Setup dialog box configures workbook-specific settings.

• Changing Page Setup options does not affect how worksheet appears on screen.

• Page Setup tabs are:

  • Page tab sets page orientation, scaling, and paper size (see next slide.)

  • Margins tab defines page margins.

  • Header and Footer tab specifies how headers and footers will appear at the top and bottom of all pages.

    Header/Footer may include information about the filename, page numbers, date and time.
