4. Worksheet Printing

• To print only part of a worksheet, select cells that you want to print and click

  • File menu,

    • then Print.

• To include gridlines on the printout, select Gridlines checkbox on the Sheet tab.

• Printing colored worksheet on a black and white printer can be hard to read.

  In this case, check black and white option to improve the printout quality.

• You may also define rows/column titles repeated on every page:

  • this is helpful when reading worksheets printed across several pages.
