16. Adding Shapes: Diagram Toolbar

• Click Insert Shape button to insert a shape.

  • Use the Delete key to remove a shape.

• Move Shape Forward, Move Shape Backward, or Reverse Diagram buttons to move shapes around.

• Click the Layout button to change the diagram size.

• Click AutoFormat button to change formats.

• Click Change To to select a different diagram.
