Crop button on the Picture toolbar cuts out clip art to isolates a portion of the picture.
Clip art uses vector image: when cut out, small parts can be enlarge with the same quality.
Bitmapped images generally lose picture detail when enlarged.
To crop a picture,
Click the image
Click the Crop button on the Picture toolbar.
Drag the sizing handles on borders of the area to crop.
Click outside the image when you are finished.
