8. Rearranging Slides

• Slide Sorter view allows to instantly rearrange slides in Outline or Slide pane.

• To move slides to a new location:

  • Apply Drag-and-drop, or

  • Use Cut and Paste buttons.

• In the Outline pane of Normal view,

  • to move the selected slides within the outline,

  • use Move Up and

  • Move Down buttons.

• Collapse the outline as necessary to see the outline structure.
