10. Inserting and Playing Media

• Have sound card and speakers?

  • PowerPoint supports Windows Media Player file formats!

• Movies and sounds are inserted as PowerPoint objects from the Clip Organizer or a file.

• Movies:

  • animated GIF pictures (cartoons),

  • digital videos.

• Sound:

  • a small icon appears representing the sound file.

• Modify video and sound objects to play one time or continuously.

• View and play movies using the full screen.
