9. How to record a narration

• To record a narration:

  • Click the Slide Show menu,

  • click Record Narration,

  • set the microphone level and sound quality,

  • click OK,

  • click to select the Link Narrations In check box,

  • click OK,

  • click Current Slide or First Slide,

  • record your narration,

  • click Save to save the slide timings.
