  • Open the presentation you want to broadcast.

  • Click the Slide Show menu,

  • point to Online Broadcast,

  • click Schedule A Live Broadcast.

  • Click Settings.

  • Click Browse,

  • navigate to a shared folder,

  • click Select and OK.

  • Type your description.

  • Click Schedule.

  • Enter schedule information.

  • Enter e-mail addresses for the participants to invite.

  • Click Send and Yes to continue.

  • Open and save the presentation that you want to broadcast.

  • Click the Slide Show menu,

  • point to Online Broadcast,

  • click Start Live Broadcast Now.

  • Select the broadcast presentation you want to present.

  • Click Broadcast.

  • Your presentation is saved at the specified location as a Web page.

  • Click Start when ready.

  • Tip: a user joins the broadcast by opening your e-mail invitation and clicking on the broadcast URL link.

  • Click File menu, Package For CD.

  • Type a name for the CD.

  • Click Add Files to include any additional files you want.

  • Click Options.

    • Select the PowerPoint Viewer check box to include the viewer

    • Select an appropriate play option from the list arrow.

    • To link to external files (such as movies), select the Linked Files check box.

    • Tip: Select the Embedded TrueType Fonts check box to make sure that fonts will be available on the target computer.

    • Optioanlly, type a password to protect the presentation against unauthorized chenges.

    • Click OK.

  • To copy files to a folder, click Copy To Folder and specify a destination folder.

  • Click Copy To CD, and follow the CD writer instructions for your system.
