• Things to think about when analyzing fraud:

  • Is self-interest being served over the interests of others?

  • Is there a sense of piggishness?

  • Is the room full of egotism?

  • Is it thirst, craving, or hunger that overrides values?

  • What type of passion and desire has management created?

  • Is there a sense of possessiveness?
