7. Page Break Preview

• Page Break Preview is an alternative way to look at the worksheet.

• It displays the print area with all page breaks identified.

• Click View menu,

  • then Page Break Preview.

• When finished,

  • click View,

    • then Normal.

• What is Print Area?

  • Print Area is the area (a range of cells) that will be printed.
