In Page Break Preview, the page breaks become visible.
Page breaks define where one page ends and another one begins.
Drag the blue page break lines with the mouse to adjust printable area.
Solid lines are breaks that you have manually inserted.
Dashed lines are the default breaks that Excel inserts automatically.
To insert a manual page break, select the row or column which should appear on the new page and click
Insert menu,
then Page Break.
