9. Defining the Print Area

• To limit Print Area of the worksheet, select the cells you want to print and click

  • File menu,

    • Print Area,

      • and Set Area.

• This creates "Print_Area" named range automatically.

• The Print_Area will be used when printing.

  • (If not defined, the entire worksheet is printed.)

• To remove the Print_Area, click

  • File menu,

    • Print Area,

      • and Clear Print Area.
