11. Print Scaling

• To reduce or enlarge worksheets to fit better on one page or across a number of pages, click

  • File menu,

    • Page Setup,

      • click Page Tab,

        • and adjust Scaling options.

• A percentage over 100 will increase the size of the printed data.

• A percentage under 100 will reduce the size of the printed data.

• Any scaling applies in both the horizontal and vertical directions.
