12. Print Margins

• Page margins determine the amount of space between your data and the edge of the paper.

• To reduce or enlarge page margins, click

  • File menu,

    • Page Setup,

      • click Margins Tab,

        • and adjust page margin options.

• Preview box gives a good indication how the page will look when printed.

• Header margin specifies the height of the page header.

• Footer margin specifies the height of the page footer.

• Alternatively, margins can be changed by dragging them visually in the Print Preview window.
