In the Outline pane in Normal view,

click in the line you want to indent.

If necessary, click the View menu,

point to Toolbars,
-
click Outlining to display the Outlining toolbar.

Click the button you want:

To indent the line in one level, click the Promote button.

To indent the line out one level, click the Demote button.
